Research

An important element of the ICAN central mission is the fostering of canopy research. ICAN promotes research by publishing new findings in our quarterly newsletter“What’s Up?”, promoting connections among researchers through our email bulletin board and our directory of forest canopy reseachers – updated every 3 years.

ICAN is an active participant in biological meetings, staying updated on recent findings and also collaborating with ongoing current forest canopy research.

With the help of forest canopy researchers, ICAN has compiled a list of “Classic Canopy Citations.”
